We look for local partners globally, who preferably have experience with relevant regulatory agencies, connections with Research Organizations and access to Research personnel’s as well as Infrastructure, in order to expand business operations sans frontiers.  We want to establish Technology Transfer & Collaborative Research links with Research Organizations & Facilities in Israel, Singapore, Canada, Asian, Latin American, African, Scandinavian and Western European Countries. 3. Licensing Agreement This option is meant for individuals or groups who have the capability to establish the research facilities independently. They may choose to contract the services of SkyQuest in order to receive any or all of the following: enhanced international marketing and development capabilities, Research & Regulatory affairs related training, business development, budget negotiation, Talent Support, legal consultation and services, and whatever else is needed and/or agreed upon.
