post-graduates, still lacks the recognition of being able to produce Original and Innovative Research minds. Ironically though the industry is facing an acute shortage of so-called qualified Individuals who are capable of adding value to the research & discovery processes, and thereby growth of the Company, Economy and the Nation.
The value-addition is actually two fold process:-
(i) Ability to go beyond the conventional process-led approach to more Radical thinking at Conceptual OR thinking level.
(ii) Technical ability and hands-on experience with modern day research environment.
We are developing a Proprietary, first-of-its-kind tool to assess Research aptitude, technical intelligence and Psychological ability of the research personnel’s. Administering the former tool would help companies & organisations identify and gauge the real potential of Scientific talents in terms of an Index score. This will also fulfill the role of a Performance Appraisal Mechanism specific to R&D function.
